Suggested Sizing for your Q·Ray Bracelet

Q-Ray Bracelets conform naturally to your wrist shape and may be worn:

	On the right wrist with the terminals approximately 2cm - 3cm apart and positioned on the top of the wrist ie facing upward, or
	On the left wrist with the terminals on the underside of the wrist ie facing down.

Don't allow the bracelet ends to come in contact with each other for an extended period of time.

Simply measure the circumference around your wrist. Below are the suggested sizes for the most comfortable fit:

Extra Small Under 15.4cm (6")

Small 15.4cm - 18cm (6" - 7") Small suits 75% of women

Medium 18cm - 20cm (7" - 7¾") Medium suits 75% of men

Large Over 20cm (7¾")
